We recently rented a car for a week, and our experience was nothing short of brilliant.
One of the... highlights was the convenience they offered; they delivered the car directly to our villa and also picked it up from there, saving us a lot of time and hassle.
The responsiveness of their team was impressive. Whenever we had any questions about the car, they were quick to respond, usually within an hour, providing us with the necessary information and peace of mind.

I used Europcar - worth noting that this is INSIDE the airport as even the taxi driver didn’t know how to... find it, hence only 4 stars. Otherwise, the car was I excellent condition, very clean and excellent air conditioning! Lovely to drive. Well worth the £22 I paid for it for 24 hours (June 2023).read more

The staff here are amazing. They delivered the car when they said, the car ran great, they let us return the... car later in the day than I would have expected, and they met us at the ferry to return the car to them. Excellent service. They brought the car to the hotel, which was located at the other side of Samui. And they... were waiting at the departure area of the airfield to collect the car from us. Very relaxed people. Rent a car is much cheaper then taking taxi's! Particular when you are in the west coast, which is btw also very good.read more

Super smooth car rental and super responsive. I reached out 4 days prior to arrival at Samui and they... secured a car for our needs within a day. Delivered to our villa and we're very flexible with the pick up arrangements and picked up the car at the airport so we had transport to the airport.
Just calling out that this a Russian owned and managed small enterprise in case some people are sensitive to that which I discovered when receiving the car. Didn't influence the quality of service or product.
We rented a Toyota fortuner, spanking new, could very comfortably seat 7 people, very powerful car, fuss free rental. Will rent cars from them in the future.read more

Incredible service. Second time we’ve used this service and definitely not the last. Really easy... communication, everything clean, working well and on time. Available for any questions and help needed.
They even came back to pick us up and take us to a different pier after we’ve already returned the car and realized the pier for our boat changed.
Drove 15min back to pick us up and 15min more to get us quickly to our boat and all with a smile. Highly highly HIGHLY recommended!

We just returned our car to the airport and are very happy with the services of Samui Cars. Booking via... WhatsApp was easy. Samui Cars was also understanding when we had to postpone our trip as we both got Covid. We were allowed to change our booking without any additional fee. Daily rate of THB 1000 per day is fair and ok on Samui. Nataly was at the airport on time and the handover of the car was quick and easy. The car we got was a bit old but working perfectly fine, air condition, automatic gear, all in order and very clean. During our one week stay, we had no problem whatsoever, car worked perfectly fine and got us everywhere on the island. Great to be independent from taxis. For the return, Nataly gave us exact location where to meet at the airport to hand the car back which was done in 2 minutes, return of full deposit of THB 6,000 cash immediately after car inspection. We are very happy and for sure will use Car Samui rental again on our next visits to Koh Samui. Fully recommended!read more

When you rent a car what is the worst scenario?
Accident right?
In our case terrible accident... happened.
Involved with motorbike.
The car is total lost. The motorbike is total lost.(don't worry the motorbike driver is ok)
And we are ok just with little bit itches.
The accident happened in koh phngan.

Come to us with Replacement car.

Don’t pay for reservation, just give them your flight.
I rent from 11.00 on 17/11/2020 to... 16.00 on 19/11/2020, I pay only 2 and half days. I have asked others, they charged me 3 days.
The day I rent, the car fuel had 3/4 of tank but they told me only 1/2 of tank but I fuel up to 3/4.

Biggest plus point in their overall excellent service is they deliver and collect anywhere on the island.... Well maintained and very clean car add to price value.
